Last Saturday we had a wonderful engagement session with Judy and Scott! Even though it was raining, it didn’t stop us from having a great time! Scott and Judy are so down to earth! Their wedding is coming up in April and we hope they’ll get plenty of sunshine on their wedding day. :) Location: USC

So what specifically are the best locations in San Diego for wedding photography? Well it’s going to be different for every person and there are probably a lot of really great locations that we have not yet discovered. (If you find one, shoot us an email:p). Some of the best locations are ones that are frequented by couples and photographers and therefore your photos may not be as unique. The best thing to do would be to find a beautiful location that is personal to you.
La Jolla Cove
We love shooting at La Jolla Cove because there are so many great elements. There’s the ocean, cool rock formations, a nice park and also a lot of colorful shops on Prospect St.
Balboa Park
This location is great because there are so many interesting and beautiful big buildings. These are very unique so the photos are unique. There’s also a rose garden and fountain adding more interesting elements.
Gaslamp District
The Gaslamp has a lot of colorful older looking buildings that are unique to the area. There is also the trolley and a cool fountain park nearby. The streets themselves with the gaslamps can make for great photos.

This past weekend was so nice here in San Diego! It felt like summer! We took June out to Del Mar to relax a bit on Saturday afternoon before we went over to Jennilyn’s for Steve’s Birthday Party. My right arm is still really sore from playing wii. 
As you know, June spends most of her life time in our bathroom and walk in closet. She rarely goes outside and she’s not used to being outside at all. She was hiding underneath the her basket for the most part.
