After we took a round of pictures with their pets, we headed over to Kit Carson Park, Queen Califia Magical Garden in Escondido. As you can see in the pictures, Queen Califia Magical Garden is a funky and colorful place.

Terri and Mike love swing dancing and they showed off some moves for us.

and I don’t remember what exactly led Terri to give Mike a punch in his stomach. Tough love.

We had a great time with Terri and Mike yesterday at Kit Carson Park where we took their engagement photos. The first stop was their place to take pictures of them with their really cool pets! I loved their chihuahua named Willie. He craved attention so much and would run up to us and try to get us to pay attention to him or pet him. Cindy & I thought it was really cool that Terri & Mike love their pets and wanted to incorporate them into their engagement shoot and wedding. Terri ihas a huge heart for animals - she adopted a total of 2 dogs, 3 cats and a rabbit from the shelter!

GOPINK! benefit fashion show  is a fundraiser put together by a talented high school senior, Kassi.  Her goal is to raise $30,000 toward Susan G. Komen in the annual 3-day breast cancer walk in November.  Everyone who was there was so impressed by her effort!  I was asked to document this lovely event and it was fun being there…despite the unusually hot weather this weekend. :)
